Sawako was walking through the village, enjoying the warm summer sun. She was married to a local farmer and had two children. As she approached the town square, she heard a high-pitched sound. At first, she thought it was just the sound of children playing, but the sound grew louder and louder.
Suddenly, a man appeared in front of her. He was tall and thin, with a long face and a pointed chin. His eyes were piercing, and he was wearing a thick chest plate and a burnt skin. Sawako had never seen him before, but she could tell he was important.
